The current prices are always on the pricing page. This guide explains how the plans work.
How plans are sized
Every plan includes every feature. Plans differ in how many AI replies a month you get, and in limits such as documents, team seats and connected channels. There are plans for shops and for service businesses, monthly or yearly.
Your own AI key
Some plans are for workspaces that bring their own AI provider key. You pay the provider directly for the model, and the Clarly plan costs less. Replies on those plans never fall back to Clarly's key.
What counts as a reply
Each reply the assistant sends to a customer counts once. Messages your team sends yourselves do not count.
Trial
A new workspace starts on a free trial without a card. Add a card when you are ready to keep going. The length of the trial is shown on each plan.
Approaching the limit
- At 90% of the month's replies, Clarly warns the workspace admins, once that month.
- At 100%, the assistant hands new chats to your team until the next period or an upgrade, and the admins are told.
- If a payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period. After that the workspace becomes read-only. The admins are told at each step.
Manage your plan
The owner opens Settings, Billing to see this month's usage, change plan, update the card, and download invoices.
