Catalogue and orders
Add products, let customers ask about them in chat, and decide whether orders confirm themselves.
On this page
This guide is for shops. If you take bookings instead, read services and bookings.
Add your products
Open Catalog and add products one by one, or import many at once:
- A spreadsheet. Download the template, fill it in, and upload the CSV. Very large files are imported in parts, and the screen tells you which rows were skipped and why.
- A product page link. Paste the address and review what Clarly found before you save it.
- Photos. Upload a batch of product photos and review the drafts.
Clarly also finds likely duplicates, so a product imported twice does not confuse the assistant.
What customers can ask
The assistant answers questions about price, size, variants and availability from your catalogue. When a customer sends a photo, it looks for the matching product.
Orders from chat
When a customer decides to buy, the assistant collects the details and creates the order. You choose how it is confirmed:
- Confirm automatically. The order is confirmed as soon as the details are complete, and the customer gets a message with the items and the total.
- Wait for you. Orders appear in a queue marked as waiting, and you approve each one.
The console tells you what must be in place before automatic confirmation is switched on.
Deliveries
Track each order through to the courier from the Deliveries screen, so a customer who asks where the parcel is gets an answer.
Prices in the catalogue are the ones the assistant quotes, so keep them current. If a question is not covered, it follows your handoff rules.
