You upload those documents once. Clarly answers from them on WhatsApp, in Arabic or English, in the language the patient wrote in. Every answer is built from passages in your documents, and your team can open the source behind any reply.
For appointments, connect Google Calendar. Clarly offers only the times that are free, books the patient, and writes the appointment to your calendar. Online consultations get a Google Meet link. Reminders go out as approved WhatsApp templates with the patient's name, the doctor and the time.
What stays with your team
A clinic should not improvise medical advice, and Clarly does not. You mark the topics that are off limits. When a message touches one, when the patient asks for a person, or when confidence in the answer is low, the chat becomes a ticket with the full conversation attached. A staff member picks it up and the patient never repeats themselves.
Unclaimed tickets are flagged as stuck after 15 minutes, or the limit you set, so a worried message does not wait unseen.
