Appointment booking on WhatsApp
Let customers book, move and cancel appointments in a WhatsApp chat, against your real calendar and opening hours.
Where the time goes
Booking by message is a back-and-forth. "Are you free Thursday?" "Which time?" "Is four taken?" Someone on your team spends the day proposing slots, then fixes the double bookings.
What Clarly does
You list your services, set your opening hours and connect Google Calendar. Clarly then books by chat:
- it offers only the times that are free, respecting the service's duration, the buffer after it and your minimum notice;
- it writes the booking to your calendar, with a Google Meet link for online services;
- it moves or cancels the appointment when the customer asks, and tells them what changed;
- it sends reminders as approved WhatsApp templates, filled in with the customer's name, the service and the time.
Times follow your workspace time zone, so a customer in another city still sees the right hour.
What stays with your team
Your staff can book from the console for a customer who phones, and see every appointment, whether the agent or a person booked it. A booking that could not sync to the calendar is flagged so you fix it before the customer turns up. Questions the assistant cannot answer from your services and documents go to a person as a ticket.
Set it up
- List your services and turn bookings on.
- Connect your WhatsApp number.
- Try a booking yourself in the playground before a customer does.
Works for clinics, salons, agencies, tutors and anyone who sells time. See the current prices on the pricing page.
