We use only cookies and storage that are strictly necessary for the site to work. All of them are set by Clarly itself, not by third parties:

• "locale" cookie: remembers the language you chose. Kept for one year.
• Sign-in cookies (names starting with "sb-"): keep you signed in to the console and protect your session. Kept until you sign out or the session expires.
• "clarly-cookie-consent" in browser storage: remembers your answer to the cookie banner, when the banner is shown. Kept until you clear your browser storage.
• "clarly-widget:" entries in browser storage, on a business's website: hold a chat session ID so a visitor's conversation continues across pages and visits. Kept until the visitor clears their browser storage.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels or social-media plugins, and we do not let third parties set cookies through our pages.

Strictly necessary cookies and storage do not need your consent, because the site cannot work without them. If we ever add anything that is not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first and update this notice.

When a business adds the Clarly chat window to its website, that business is responsible for its website and for telling its visitors about the storage the chat window uses, and Clarly processes the chat on its behalf.

You can delete or block cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. If you block the cookies above, you will not be able to sign in, and the site will not remember your language.
